Formally GM4JNW of Port of Ness - Isle of Lewis.

At the moment not active in Ham Radio due to my poor location - did have a detached house on Lewis with loads of space for wires, beams and verticals - now surrounded by a very small garden and within an estate in a semi.
So not too much fun for high power qso's but maybe i will come back on the air on hf sometime on qrp as that was my first love.

For now am enjoying my new hobby of sea fishing - we are located on the Wampool estuary which leads into the Solway firth plus using our caravan very frequently.

We may possibly return to Scotland (although im not Scottish we do love the islands) but probably after retiring in 2017 or sooner if the premium bonds or lottery bring us good fortune!!!
